Duties: 

Plan, direct, and coordinate recruitment and sales activities;

establish and manage client relationships;

understand client requirements and provide IT staffing solutions to meet their needs;

manage human resource specialists and sales executives.

Develop company goals and strategies.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field, or a suitable combination of education, training, or experience, including a 3 year degree in lieu of a 4 year degree, and two years of experience as a Business Manager, Senior Manager, Operations Manager, or a related role.

Hours:

9:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M 40 hours per week
